But then, it hardly matters what the media bosses studied and whether they’re part of “them” or “us” with respect to SF-ers. What matters is how they see media as marginalizing whites, often portraying white characters as weak or dysfuctional, compared to other races. While I do see some of this being true (like in “Machete”), I know it’s not always the case. Movies are often made focusing on certain ethnicities. That’s all there is to it. ---

Well, the Biz-School graduating class is one thing, and the boardroom’s another. I daresay most of those you’ll find in the latter are, still, white males. Wearing suits, still. ---

As a matter of personal experience, most of the upper management I work with within my financial institution partners (i.e. Banks and Credit Unions) are usually women. ---
