Mine is June 29th. I’ll be 49.
My first born, a son, turns 3 on the 23rd.
I’ll spend my morning sleeping in (I hope)
Afternoon I’ll go get a Starbucks for a treat.
Dinner at Rockin’ Baja Lobster (IF I’m lucky)
Turned 22 on the 5th of June. Spend that day (the whole week actually) studying and writing papers, a county away from my family. Whee.
'Course, it was better than my 21st birthday, which I spent at jury duty, unable to celebrate because I had to be at the courthouse again early the next morning.
Turned 22 on the 9th of June. 6/9 Ha ha - Noone ever forgets my birthday when I clue them in to that. We spent that day at some cool car races and ate at a nice Thai restaurant!
Today I’m 17…no special plans, but since for some reason I haven’t bothered to get a learner’s permit, let alone an actual driver’s license, I’ll have to show a school ID and a birth certificate to see R movies.
Thanks, dreamer, and happy birthday to all the other June babies. Mine’s not til the 30th, I’ll be 23 (which feels so much OLDER than 22!) and I’m going to get up really early in the morning and jump on a plane to Sydney. I’m staying with my cousin over there, and hopefully he’ll take me somewhere nice for dinner
I turned 55 on the 2nd (Happy Birthday to us Hello Again!)
Aren’t you suppossed to get something for that? A discount somewhere or something? There oughta be some compensation. Sheesh. (Practicing my grumpy old man personna.)
I got a beautiful Hawaiian shirt, a pair of slippers, a video cam, (which refuses to work with my desktop, but works fine with the laptop, go figure) and something else I’ve forgotten already. (Practicing my absent-minded old man personna.)
BTW, I’ve got the lecherous old man personna down pat.
So, how you doin?
I hit 30 on the 6th. Let’s see, what happened? (that was many beers ago!) Ah, yes… My girlfriend threw me a surprise party with all my friends & family. My dad even drove in from East Texas to be there. It was a great bash. The police even stopped by a couple of times to wish me well. I was one of the last few standing as the sun came up.
