I have all the books as well but I am fine with the online Straight Dope. Cecil rarely has the same snarky attitude he did early on but hey, we all mellow with age I suppose. I enjoy having access to the archives of not just Cecilā€™s columns but also the Staff Reports. That wouldnā€™t be possible without ā€œthis online thingā€ as you so poetically put it, **Claude**. ---

The toddlers I see are all very busy working on an alternative, but eventually they lose their dreams and wind up using the same stride as everyone else. Itā€™s kind of sad. ---
