Sure. It’s bits of the meat from the head of a pig, in aspic (a member of the gelatin family). I’m not a fan of any sort of gelatin that isn’t heavily sweetened and dyed an improbably color, so headcheese isn’t my cup of tea, but it’s not like it’s a fundamantally disgusting idea.

No, _salty licorice_ is a fundamentally disgusting idea.
