Straight male here. My wife loves to play with my nipples. Unfortunately for her I HATE IT when she does so. Hate it to the point that it’s a deal breaker. There’s no ka-boomin’ going on when she does that. It may be because some friends like to do the old nipple twist and I’ve become overly sensitive to it. The only time I let her play with them is at the very begining of foreplay. That way she has many other opportunities to arouse me. ---

I love it and if I’m comfortable enough with the girl and she isn’t doing it yet I request it. I actually had a girl figure out that in-between my ears (another huge turn-on) and my nipples are a hyper-sensitive strips of skin on my neck, so she would go up and down the lines kissing, licking, blowing, etc. Drove me up a wall (in a good way). ---

I have yet to meet a woman I’ve been close enough to nipple-suck who I couldn’t get to at least soft moaning by doing so. Some of you might be giving up too early: IME most women don’t find it very exciting until you kind of suck the nipple in a little and scrape it with your teeth. Then nibble a little harder, then a little harder, then a little harder, etc…one girl I was with in high school had teeth marks all over her breasts when I was done. To clarify, I never bite unless asked to. Otherwise I work up very, very gradually from a gentle scraping of the teeth–if that does nothing or doesn’t seem to feel good for her, I don’t go any further, but if it turns her on I go a tiny bit harder, then a tiny bit more, etc. I can usually figure out what each woman’s happy nipple tooth place is. I’m aware that not every woman is going to like being bit there–I don’t just go and chomp into it. Actually, I’m really reluctant to bite outright unless I’m 100% certain it’s going to be a good thing for both parties.
