# Strange Leg Cramps

My mom’s podiatrist mentioned poor circulation as a possible culprit. Now mom flexes her ankles quite a bit in the evening. She also takes calcium/magnesium daily and drinks tonic water. She has not had a leg cramp, at least not these severe ones, in quite some time.
