Our gaming group and nearly all players of Catan independently discovered the classic “I’ve got wood for sheep!” years before BBT used it.

Another one, that I just _heard_ of but didn’t experience, was about the naval game Cape Horn: if you invite someone to play it, say “Anyone up for some Cape Horn?” very slowly or it sounds like you’re inviting them to a different activity.
