# String of black related scrutinies?

What has been the first significant event that has spawned the last year +/- string of black related events under scrutiny?

This sort of story has a long history but the current higher level of attention paid to it clearly started with the Trayvon Martin shooting. That story was huge, much bigger than any comparable previous story.

I mean the shooting, what back in the summer, kid in ferguson. I just saw the initial riots from that, so ok im thinking, its going to subside, there is no mass wave conspiracy of black / police agenda. then it goes.

1. new york
2. kid is not a suicide, fbi is investigating.
3. another shooting of a black kid ruled homicide.

BAM BAM BAM all after what, december 5th?
