figure out how to stay in college after failing three major exams in one week (which I failed pretty because I was required to study for three major exams in one week). I’ll survive, somehow, I hope; I’d just like to know how. Also figure out how to convince my parents to buy me that 36" wheel diameter Coker unicycle I’d like to ride cross-country. stop time on a whim. Imagine being able to say stop and time would freeze. Sleep late and still be on time. steal and never get caught. Have time for everything. In reality though I would like to get published. At least saying that I made money off my talent would be funny * * * I know that I have put you through hell, and I know that I have been one rough pecker. Wally: whaddya expect? You live in a Scots intensive country. These are the sadists who invented walking around in frigid weather trying to knock a tiny ball into a mole hole, a quarter mile away. I wish I could dance. Nothing fancy, just get out on the floor without hypervenilating with panic. I wish I had the guts to write for others, rather than my desk drawer. Most of all, I wish I could see perfectly. I’ve had to wear corrective lenses since I was 6. More than anything, I’d love to be able to just open my eyes in the morning and _see_ clearly. I can’t even remember ever being able to do that. Veb ---

I wish I could: Get my son to sleep before midnight, sleep without nightmares, wake up and be sure I’m awake, wake up and find the love of my life sleeping next to me, be sure that there is such thing as the love of my life, speak without being sarcastic or snide, open my foot and insert my mouth instead of opening my mouth and inserting my foot, be as marvelous a friend to others as my friends are to me, go an entire day without finding something to complain about, cook well, write something that doesn’t make my readers want to slash their wrists, find a job that doesn’t make me feel like just another whore to the system, and have coffee with Sting. In no particular order. In a box or with a fox, in a house or with a mouse, that sort of thing. ---

Have an opinion, for once. LIKE something, ENJOY something, without the overriding thought that I shouldn’t because it’s not necessary. Just do what I think, or feel without overthinking and automaticallly inhibiting. Be completely honest. Be comfortable. ---

Have the guts to say to a certain someone what I really want to say to him, rather than have the same beating around the bush conversation we’ve been having at least twice a week for a year and a half. Sit my ass down and write the great novel(s) that I _know_ I have swimming around in this brain somewhere. Come into an obscene amount of money that would allow me to spend every day doing what I _want_ to do, rather than what I’m supposed to do. Get a Winnebago or a big ass van or something and spend a few years wandering. Be a rock star. Get laid…right now. ---

Make a decent medieval nurb helmet for my soon-to-be knight in this hellish 3d program known as FormZ…My project is due in a week (amongst other ones) and it’s driving me nuts…I spent like 4 hours and ended up with something reminiscent of a beat up garbage can with holes in it.
