And I’ve never seen the picture in one of those magic eye things. I just can’t get them to work… I’ve also never been to Germany (that bothers me for some reason but I’ve put off going again for another year - Greece is beckoning instead…) Oh yeah and I’ve never yet fulfilled my potential but I guess that’s something everyone never does (has anyone actually met someone who feels they have or at least who will admit to it?) 🙂 ---

My question about this is _why_ so many of you take some sort of pride in some of these? Not having watched a particular show, ever? Wow, you’re quite the rebel. Personally, I try to subscribe to the whole “Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it” school of thought. I thought I would hate Buffy the VS too, until my girl got me to watch it. Now I’m hooked… just in time for he series to end. Personally, I think that patting oneself on the back for rejecting any kind of experience (that isn’t harmfull to oneself) is shallow in the extreme. Now then: **I have never** Been on the East Coast. Stayed in a hotel for more than one night. Driven over 100 mph… I think. Bought a suit. Seen most of the “classic” films… something I hope to rectify. there’s a lot more, but I have to do some work now… stupid job. ---

I have never: Watched any of those half hour sitcoms that are so popular on TV. Smoked. Been drunk/buzzed/tipsy. Tried any illegal drugs (would you believe I can smell pot a mile away, and it makes me sick?) Been engaged in sexual activity with more than one other person. Used a sex toy. Watched _Titanic_. Managed to successfully refrain from making fun of _BtVS_. Managed to successfully refrain from making fun of _Angel_. Seen the “classic” movies. Been to Canada. Had sex with anyone other than my husband. Not even a casual fling in high school/college/the period of life between eighteen and Mr Wolf. Managed to read LotR. Never been in a car accident. Never gotten a ticket for vehicular misconduct (the husband, on the other hand, got TWO last week. TWO. On the same DAY. From the same cop, for two different violations, but still!) Learned to drive manual transmission. ---

Alright, Gorgon that was funny, but not exactly on topic. There’s lots of stuff I’ve never done/eaten/watched, etc… although I seem to live a slightly more normal life than some people posting here. I think I might be the first to post this though: I’ve never had SEX! (age 27) ---

**El Marko** , I’ll take your “never had sex” and raise it a “never been past first base”. I’ve never seen a naked man in RL (as opposed to pictures, film, &c.) Never thrown a party or worn stilettos. Never done any sort of illegal drug. Never smoked. Never drank more than a communion cup/Nyquil dose of alcohol. Never been able to tell my left from my right. Never shaved my legs or arms (though I don’t need to). Owned a Super NES or lived in a household with one. Been conversational in another language. Attended the 4th grade. Graduated from kindergarten. Had a pedicure. Had a real date (prom being the exception). Been able to bench anything. Not even the bar. Pierced anything other than my ears (once in each). Believed in Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, or the Easter Bunny. Fainted (though I’ve come close). I’ve never seen (an obviously incomplete list): Godfather II and III Casablanca Blair Witch Project Titanic American Pie II Scary Movie (either one) Halloween Carrie Friday the 13th or any of its sequels Lethal Weapon a full episode of Friends Mork and Mindy The Mary Tyler Moore Show a full Jay Leno American History X Melrose Place Rent all of Fame Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy (though I’ve read the books) Se7en Shaft (other than the first 5 minutes or so) Ishtar Rocky Horror Picture Show (except for one song) For quite a while, I had never seen a movie with Kevin Bacon in it; however this is no longer true. ---

Hmm… I’ve never: seen the Sopranos had liver and onions either been bungie jumping or skydived (although I’d like to) had surgery (but have broken at least a dozen bones) been outside of the US been to an opera or the symphony been seriously physically threatened been to the West Coast fired a shot in anger ---

**I have never:** Driven a car with a manual transmission. Mown a lawn. Seen the movie _Titanic_. Not had a pet. Eaten mayonnaise. Tasted a mushroom. (Allergic) Had my nails done. Owned a pair of high heels. Eaten Indian food. Had a “legal” alcoholic beverage. (Never had a drink after age 20.) Been off of the American continent. (Not including time spent above it in a plane or away from it in a boat.) I am okay with all but the last one. 🙂 ---
