But for #3, I’m just saying that anti-transgender people aren’t going to make that conclusion. I really hope that this person isn’t being falsely accused by someone who figured that was the only way to get them arrested in a trans-friendly Target. That does seem like the natural next step for transphobes as trans rights start to become codified into law. With the ubiquity of cell phones, it would be too easy to point at someone using their phone in a restroom or changing room and accuse them of taking pictures. ---

How about this one? Playboy’s PMOY takes a photo of another woman in the shower at the gym, posts it to Snapchat with an insulting comment and now has to face the consequences.
