Actually, sow-na is [the Finnish pronunciation](http://www.folkstreams.net/context,90) (and since it’s their word, I don’t think we can say they mispronounce it. ;)). I know that in the UP they definitely say it that way. The UP was settled by a lot of Finns (along with Swedes and Norwegians). Hell, over a century later, [there are still Finnish-speaking communities](http://finntimes.com/?p=243), and that doesn’t mean just 80+ year old geezers. ---

Both the BF and clerk say something like “oh yes, get those” in rather stunned tones. Love Mayhem, love The Most Interesting Man In the World, love the piggie, love the Geico gecko trying to talk like a Chicagoan (“Da Bears!”), love the Journey moment commercial (especially the actor playing the guy requesting the quote).
