I recently signed up with E-bay last week. I saw this Madonna painting that i wanted so I bid. I come back 2 hours later and I it was $11.00. So I bid $11.50…then the next day it’s $13.00. This shit goes on until today when it reaches $23.00. I’m tired of this E-bay shit. I want my painting and I want it now. I hate life and the competition it serves me. That bitch can have the fucking painting. Stupid twat watches that bid like a hawk and outbids in a minute. ---

What you need to do is bid the dollar amount that is the highest amount you are willing to pay. Ebay will bid by proxy on your behalf up until your limit is reached. If the lady beats your bid, then the price would be higher than what you were willing to pay, so no loss on your part. Read the help section on Ebay if you don’t understand the “by proxy” part. This will save you the stress of having to go back and keep bidding. ---

I read the proxy bid rules. I am reluctant to use it. I know she does. Everytime I go back I cringe because I don’t want to bid more. Ughhh, but then I bid more and more and more! I hate competing! I keep telling myself just let them bitch have it, but it’s so pretty so I want it.I asked the the seller if she would paint more and she said no. Grrrrrrr! ---

Yeah, I prefer shopping in stores, where you get it if you see it first, as opposed to if you’re someone who can afford to pay $50 for something that is worth $25. ---

Ebay is an AUCTION site, **Harlow**. You are familiar with the concept, right? A public sale in which property or items of merchandise are sold to the highest bidder? This is how auctions work. ---

You could always look for BINs if you don’t want to bid. That said, sniping is the way to go. Bid once Bid your max Bid Late If someone “beats” you, all it means is that they paid “too much” for an item. See? EASY! 😃 ---

The part that annoys me is the existence of those programs that’ll bid a buck over the current high bid at literally the last nanosecond of an auction. Yeah, there’s nothing legally (as far as eBay rules go) wrong with it, and if you want it that bad, I suppose you do whatever it takes, and capitalism yadda yadda yadda, but it feels… unsporting, somehow. ---
