Why doesn’t the car steer by itself when I turn on the cruise control? Who is San Andreas, and why will it be his fault if California falls into the ocean? I’m a major Spinal Tap fan and really dig their movie, but where can I find copies of their older albums? How come they made all those old movies in black and white? Didn’t they know color looks better? Can I fly around the world in 24 hours by going up in a helicopter and just hovering? ---

If I close my eyes and type randomly, what are the chances I’ll come up with the Great Canadian Novel? Would I have to have it published by Random House? Wouldn’t that make it the Great American Novel? How about poetry? ---
