I’m not sure what you are trying to imply but all this hyperventilating over concealed carry permit holders seems based on the notion that they are some sort of secret psycho killers amongst us and yet they are more law abiding than the general population and they are more law abiding that the police (in Texas at least). ---

I say that would be one of those cases where the Court may find the incident has been its own punishment. Lady, your right to defend yourself with a gun does not absolve your duty to keep and bear it safely and responsibly.
