So the Zimmerman gun auction has been moved to another site, but apparently the number of people trying to reach it has crashed their site. Unless it was an attack. ---

And the second site appears to be unreachable now. Zimmerman’s gun will probably be endlessly stalked by DDoS attacks as soon as the hosting site is announced. ---

Daily Mail gives [this url](http://unitedgungroup.com/auction/detail/auction/9/slug/george-zimmerman-s-gun-used-2-26-12) for the second [del]sight[/del] site. So far, I have not been able to get it to load. At first it timed out after showing close to loading (magazine almost in), but lately it quits almost immediately (no progress bar or a flicker of one). ---

Well, prior restraint only refers to the first amendment but much of the caselaw surrounding the second amendment is borrowing concepts from the first amendment. However it is very clear that some prior restraint is permissible (e.g. prohibition on felons having guns). So while I think prior restraint is permissible, the government needs a pretty good reason IMHO.
