I suppose Elvis might be talking about licensing and registration but he has never been particularly open to the idea of leaving the legal ownership of guns on the table. His ultimate goal has always been a total gun ban (at least in this thread). If he is talking about licensing and registration I am clearly on the record as being in favor of gun control reform that includes these things. ---
