As long as they keep their shit off the natural terrain (like in the canyons and under waterfalls), I think they’re great. This would be an instance of them being great. ---

Just how much would that building and land be worth, sitting near Yountville in the heart of the Napa Valley? Assuming he doesn’t live there, I hope the police are able to resolve the situation without any further injuries. Or if he’s threatening people, killing the guy dead right there works too. FWIW, I strongly doubt his weapon is an automatic one, and that he has body armor. Still sounds like a very deadly threat to the residents and I hope the residents escape without further harm. ---
