I would post this in the positive gun news thread, but it’ll get shot down. Anyway, Walmart has decided they shouldn’t sell guns right now. Not even Obama could get that done. Thanks, Trump! I do know they are still selling them. But you have to know what you want. Far less confused as you are as to who is threatening civil unrest in our country when they don’t get their way. While it is unfortunate that sometimes bad actors take advantage of peaceful protests that are caused by actual coordinated and oppressive tactics against a population, it is in fact those who side with the Republicans who threaten insurgencies against rightfully elected leaders because they can’t go to the gym. Why don’t you fuck back off to your gun worshipping thread, where you get to bask in the pleasure of reading about people being traumatized, injured, and killed by your object of fetish? ---

Sounds like a stupid gun owner to me. But shouldn’t you be posting this in positive news, as a home owner successfully defends his property from a potential threat? No one was harmed, and the threat was driven off. I’m sure if it were reversed, a Trump supporter once again replacing his Trump sign after it had been stolen several times, and a truck emblazoned with Black Lives Matter flags came by honking and gesturing at him, you’d feel it was warranted. Hell, he’d probably even get invited to [speak at the RNC](https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/style/the-gun-toting-mccloskeys-said-they-feared-death-but-they-survived-to-fight-the-culture-wars/2020/08/25/f94f1238-e65d-11ea-970a-64c73a1c2392_story.html). 100 years seems a bit excessive to me. People get far less for actually killing with intent. ---
