I say semi- because it’s actually old news (2009) that’s just recently making the rounds, and one could reasonably expect airport security to be alarmed by a gun-shaped image on x-ray screening. This “anti-gun” term you’re using, it confuses the issue. On the one hand, you have defenders of the 2nd Amendment and liberty. Then you got the people who want every firearm in the country melted down. Those are gun grabbers. As well, you have people who\* pretend\* that they think that some sort of reasonable control of sales and distribution of firearms is a good and worthwhile issue. Those are also gun grabbers. Because they are really just setting us up for the Big Grab. Then you have people who genuinely believe that such regulation is a good idea. Those are gun-grabber dupes, so effectively gun grabbers. Simple minds like simple categories. Black and white, absolutes. Sith happens. ---
