Perhaps there should be a license to own firearms involving a test about this sort of thing and an annual background check.. That would close the so called “gun show loophole” and make owners aware of the legislation concerning shooting at someone. I can shoot an intruder in my house if I am in fear of my life, but I can’t (nor would I want to) chase him out into the street and shoot him. ---
