I doubt that the trigger was activated. Is it that it fell on the hammer and it transmitted the force to the bullet? ---

Only a cheap ass piece of shit handgun will go off if dropped, anything worth a damn has hammer/firing pin protection. Don’t suppose we can make them illegal, or is that too much to ask? ---
