Man, one could write books on things Apple has done because of their image and style instead of something that would sell better or give better customer satisfaction.
I have an iPod, but am STILL angry that there is no way to insert a song into a currently playing playlist, or just go to a song in the playlist without scrolling to it. In other words, I have my main playlist going, which is basically all my songs on shuffle, and I decide I really want to listen to Song A right now. I have to either scroll back through the menu to find the song listed by artist/song name and click on it (which will exit me from the playlist, so I’ll have to go back through the menu again to restart it,) or keep clicking ‘next’ and hope I find it within five minutes.
Why isn’t there an option to click on the song, have it then play that song, and then go back to the previous playlist? It seems Apple is forcing people to make cool, awesome, and totally rockin’ playlists cause that’s the ONLY way to use an iPod. God forbid you’re a little more indecisive about your music.
