Which is a bizarre thing to argue after Obama, Harry Reid, and several liberal Senate Democrats authored a bill to give Israel an additional $225 million in military aid, which was passed last week and just signed into law the other day. Suuuuuuuuure, it’s the lib’ruls in Congress who want to end aid to Israel. Things are so fucked up in your world that I wonder how you function. If I ever see a person walking down the street who is wearing jeans on his arms, socks on his ears, and a baseball cap shoved up his buttcrack, I’ll know instantly it is you, because nobody else could fuck up so many simple things. ---

I agree that Democratic politicians don’t want to, but large portions of the base sure want to. And some rather loud members of that Democratic base have some pretty nasty ideas about why that is. ---

Well for one, I thanked him for having DHS confiscate imported vehicles that don’t comply with EPA standards. Spectacular use of DHS’s time and resources. Since we’ve won the war on terror, DHS can now worry about imported gas guzzlers. And the best part is, they used several gas guzzlers of their own to confiscate the outlaw vehicle! Guess they were expecting serious resistance from the owners. ---

I was thinking more like donating 10% of your check to the Democrats and calling and yelling at any of your local Congressman and telling them to support Obama’s plans for, well, anything really. You should do that. Its only fair since you’re alive because of him ---

That’s not quite right. They have homeland security responsibilities, but they are not part of DHS. As to the Range Rovers, they appear to have been imported into the US with [forged paperwork](http://jalopnik.com/the-feds-just-seized-40-land-rovers-imported-to-the-u-s-1605985758), which is pretty clearly part of the Immigration and **Customs** Enforcement. Details seem pretty thin, but I don’t see anything about them being seized because they were gas guzzlers or didn’t comply with EPA requirements. (That’s not to say skirted import regulations because they can’t meet emissions standards, but forged paperwork is certainly within the jurisdiction of DHS.) ---
