As I said, Franklin Graham, one of the FOUNDERS and leaders of Samaritan’s Purse. I don’t trust that man to tell the truth about anything Obama is involved in. Period. He’s lied through his teeth about Obama before. ---

Noooo, I’m pointing out that unless it’s a political thing, Obama doesn’t get engaged with it, and once engaged, he makes decisions very slowly. ---

He’s bolstered my faith by doing the right thing in Iraq. Although I really wish, as in Libya, that he’d made this decision BEFORE the enemy had advanced so far. All the administration would really have to do to assuage half my beefs with them is implement a more timely decisionmaking process. They are just too sloooowwwww. ---

Whoever she wants to negotiate, ISIS is not the kind of people you can negotiate with, and in any case, ISIS leaving Iraq is non-negotiable. If you want some moral clarity, let’s refer to an intelligent Democrat, Dianne Feinstein: [http://blogs.rollcall.com/wgdb/feinstein-warns-of-risk-of-isil-attack-on-america-says-must-be-confronted/?dcz=](http://blogs.rollcall.com/wgdb/feinstein-warns-of-risk-of-isil-attack-on-america-says-must-be-confronted/?dcz=) It has become clear that ISIL is recruiting fighters in Western countries, training them to fight its battles in the Middle East and possibly returning them to European and American cities to attack us in our backyard,” the California Democrat said in a statement backing military action authorized by President Barack Obama. “We simply cannot allow this to happen.” Feinstein called for a broader military campaign against ISIL, not just the targeted missions authorized by the president. “It takes an army to defeat an army, and I believe that we either confront ISIL now or we will be forced to deal with an even stronger enemy in the future. Inaction is no longer an option. I support actions by the administration to coordinate efforts with Iraq and other allies to use our military strength and targeting expertise to the fullest extent possible,” Feinstein said. But I’m sure if they come over here, Warren will negotiate with them about their occupation of Lowell. ---

Ah, **Adaher** , I see you’ve simply abandoned trying to defend your position in the Elections thread and just moving on to other threads, spreading your BS. These “divided Democrats” you are now conveniently highlighting don’t seem to have anything to do with the lockstep Ds you envisioned taking the black vote for granted in that other thread. This is just to let you know that while I may still poke at you with a stick whenever it might be amusing, I’m no longer considering you capable of actual debate where you respond honestly to the points made by your opponents. Still not sure what you get out of launching what are essentially unsupported ‘drive-bys’ without learning anything from those who try to engage with you and show you your errors. ---

YOu assume much. In the other thread I’m not sure what you wanted me to respond to. YOu certainly weren’t responding to anything I’d actually said. Nor was I trying to demonstrate a divided Democratic Party. Just highlighting the difference between serious Democrats like Feinstein and unserious ones like Warren. ---

The goalposts are in exactly the same place. I reported that she wants to negotiate with ISIS. Robot Arm apparently thought that her willingness to let the Iraqi government do it instead somehow refuted it. ---

Al discussed various studies done by various organizations, including one that predicted the northern polar ice cap could be gone within 22 years, and another that predicted it could be gone within 7. So it is false to say “Al Gore was predicting that the polar ice cap would be gone by 2014”. He was reporting the (different) predictions of multiple studies, including one by the US Navy, that predicted the northern polar ice cap could be gone in the near future. Al Gore discussed the predictions of others – and since some of these predictions conflicted, one of them was bound to be wrong. Discussing multiple conflicting predictions is not endorsing any specific one of them. So more false (and unsurprising) stuff from **Clothy**.
