This isn’t the first time Apple’s stepped on their dick regarding their online store. There was a problem last year where they kept pulling an award-winning comic book from the store because it had gay male sexuality in it. There’s definitely a lot of idiocy over at Apple around this sort of thing, but it appears to be general purpose idiocy, and not ideological. ---

Okay, here’s one: same-sex marriage proponents on Facebook are confusing [this guy](http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/texas-pastor-sets-fire-inspire-social-justice-suicide-note-article-1.1870693) with [this guy](http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/06/26/rick-scarborough-fire-gay-marriage_n_7674990.html) and celebrating his death because they’re only reading headlines. I managed to lose the link to the story as it was posted on FB but it’s pretty sad. ---

Why do liberals think Chelsea Clinton is worth a $65,000 speaking fee? [LINK](http://nypost.com/2015/06/30/disbelief-over-chelsea-clintons-65000-speaking-fee/) According to the article Washington University spent $65,000 to get Chelsea to speak. For what??? What the hell has she done? Oh wait, To have Hillary was $275,000 so I guess they saved money right? With all the people in this country who have worked hard, been heroes, helped others, etc… why pay $65,000 to basically a nobody who’s only fame is her name? Why liberals? ---

A gay man told authorities someone beat him up, and then tattooed a gay slur on his arm. Immediately the gay community gave this outpouring of support (and money) to him. Turns out he faked it all. Clearly you’ve never had to book a speaker. Lots of famous people get paid ridiculous amounts of money for turning up, talking for an hour about whatever takes their fancy, doing a bit of green room schmoozing and going away again. Many of these people have done relatively little of value to society but are sufficiently famous that enough people will pay to hear them speak. Chelsea Clinton gets paid that much because that’s what the market will pay according to her agency, just like everyone else on the speakers circuit. As for why people want to see her enough to warrant paying $65,000 (and remember that you have to divide that by the number of attendees) - I dunno, but I say that about quite a lot of other speakers too. Hell, Phil Robertson charges in that range and he’s done nothing of significance either. ---

Apparently SCOTUS wasn’t content in fucking the Constitution over with the gay marriage decision.
