Well, you could just do ad hominems, I suppose. I’m confused about what, exactly, makes this a bad idea except it has the work “unlicensed” in it, and we’re not towing cars. Apparently some ®s voted for it, too, so they must have been convinced it had some merits. Pretty weak that this is the best that could be offered after several months of dormancy… ---

I don’t disagree entirely, though I support a different approach. Rather than require employers to use E-Verify, make it optional, but if they are found to have undocumented workers, all their property: machines, vehicles, bank accounts and real estate, would be seized and forfeited. Employers who used E-Verify would be exempt from seizure if any undocumented workers were erroneously vetted by E-Verify. Leave it up to the employer; if they want to take the risk, let them. ---

This reminds me when I was at a hockey board, where a lad tried to tell me that I could not possibly discuss the Oilers team without telling him (without looking it up mind you) how many goals that the Great One scored in the 83-84 season. I told him he was, with certainty, a pathetic loser - and I did not even have to look that up! In this particular case, the point is that certain dumbfucks here are claiming that Brown is an idiot, because he has a foolish nickname given to him by a former girlfriend. A nickname which has “stuck” because those same dumbfucks keep using it. Rather tautological, don’t you think? ---
