“Manwich is simply pretending to hold this stupid idea and defending it poorly to illustrate how stupid it really is. And it’s working! Well done!” It’s more a stupid leftist idea though. Look, do what you need to do to win I guess, just saying the guy would eat you while you slept if you were trapped on a lifeboat, he’s a lizard. ---

Actual inicdent that happened to me: an American child told child aged me that she “slid down a hill on her fanny” and for a while I was super confused about where vaginas were located and how Americans might slide down hills. ---

Speaking of Brits, the same info was posted on the NME. I’m not sure about their position on Assad but they did publish an article about EMF being “the future of music”. Doom lived most of his life in the US but never became a naturalized citizen, even after he married an American woman. He had already pushed his luck once doing an international tour (on a British passport) and since they let him back in that time, he figured they’d let him in again. He ended up getting a ban for it for some period of years, and he ended up just moving his wife and kids to London. I mean, it sucks that his immigration status was such a mess, but there’s not a lot of evidence that he did much to help his own situation. Calling it an example of overreach on the part of the Obama/Biden administration and lumping it in with the genuine atrocities that have gone on at the Mexican border are just absurd. I say that as someone who played Madvillainy and The Mouse And The Mask to death. ---
