One of the biggest recent liberal lies has now been completely discredited. When Cheney, Bush, Karl Rove and Halliburton showed their humanitarian goodwill by driving Gog and Magog out of Afghanistan and giving the Afghan people Democracy, Freedom and a vibrant creatively-destroyed economy, the left-wing haters predicted failure. But [the recent year has set all-time records for Afghan agricultural !](http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-24919056) The country is now awash in prosperity. Please do give credit to our British allies, whose soldiers were stationed in the key agricultural province, and are now leaving after overseeing a 36% production jump. I like the guy too but he has the political form Tourette’s Syndrome. He can’t just say “This is a bad idea” and tell you why, he screams “Hitler!” first and then nobody listens to why its a bad idea. I think many of us leftish are so tired of being lied on, we find it refreshing when somebody lies back. Ultimately, this is not workable, its Hitler! ---

He’s usually not a Godwin type. He expresses himself forcefully, but not with this sort of well-poisoning analogy. He’s certainly much more tactful than the firebrands on the other side of the aisle. ---

True enough, but how many times have you heard someone in the Hivemind bitch about how liberal/lefties don’t have any spine, don’t stand up and give them what for? You know, as in “Careful what you wish for, you might get it”? For my two bits, Lizzie Warren does a damned fine job of it, and manages to color within the lines.
