You may want to disband when in the pit. In here you’re on your own turf. Also, this isn’t the place for backrubs. If you continue to band up in here (like you have done so as of late) I can only see things getting particularly messy. ---

It is apparent that you drew your conclusions from what the OP said. I just asked for a more in depth representation of what those conclusions were. I didn’t mean to be so misleading. For example, I don’t have any problems with the this-coupled-with-this passages. I didn’t disagree. Granted, the presentation was a little rough-shod, but the overal crux of the statement–Don’t expect me to feel responsible for your feelings, because I don’t know you–was clear to me and I don’t have any issues with that. I am nowhere near the popular class president (queen?) that Nymysys is, but I have a few friends. Even so, I don’t post in aggreement with them by default. And N4S and I tolerate one another due to an agreement we arrived at. But we are about as friendly as Menacham Begin and Anwar Al-Sadat. And a pretty good one, too, for a first post. Threads don’t _usually_ get hijacked in quite this manner, though I can’t say this never happens. Hope you enjoy your stay here. And I know you don’t like people telling you what you should do, but you should listen to Coldie’s advice, travel around and see what else the SDMB has to offer. ---

Reading this thread has made me feel like I am at work!! I agree with the first paragraph of the OP. That pissed me off too (as for the rest of the OP I don’t have an opinion at this time). After that I feel you went on a bitching spree. I don’t know how much you read here; I am glad you have enough of a life that you do not spend all your time here…good for you. You invite discussion… or do you not?? Maybe I am one of those stupid people, maybe I am just tired, either way I don’t give a fuck. ---
