Putting some space in so that the thread preview won’t give it away.

I must have missed something: How did the guy who lives at the end know that “eats with his hands” was involved in the whole thing?

Well… It’s been a while, but I remember while the guy was making his escape, he peeked through a few open doors and saw the failed surgeon doing a kind of “post-mortem” on his friend.

My question is, was the European guy who glommed onto them part of the conspiracy or did he and his girlfriend become victims as well? He left the picture on the phone or something implying that they left town, but I thought maybe that was a coverup by the killers?
