The **president** is going to make this viciously partisan? :dubious:

That’s one hell of a bad case of [projection](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychological_projection) you got going there Kirk.

Does John McCain look utterly ridiculous complaining about having a demagogue thrust onto the national stage to fire up the crazies? You betcha!

I don’t think Jones really qualifies as a Republican. He’s way out beyond even their lunatic fringe. IIRC, he believes all the Bushes are Illuminati and just as evil as any Democrat.

But Alex Jones got Republican worthies like Gov Abbott & Ted Cruz to swallow [some recent theories…](http://www.texasobserver.org/jade-helm-15-conspiracy-theories-in-bastrop/)

So I say it’s fair game to mention him here…

The article mentions something about delaying his campaign so he could pray sufficiently. Prayin’ like a motherfuck!

But why would it take so long? Sure, lots of folks praying at the same time…kinda busy…

“Your prayer is important to Me, so please leave a message at the sound of the harp”…

OK, so he can’t get through right away, kinda like calling Comcast…though it seems that Infinite Intelligence would be able to deal with some multi-tasking…maybe put an intern on watching all the sparrows in flight…

Dunno. Maybe he’s sincere, but his God ain’t all that inspiring.

I also posted this in the _Remedy for Hobby Lobby decision?_ thread, but since that one is a year old, I decided it would be appropriate here as well.

> [@](#):
>
> Last week, the Department of Health and Human Services issued new rules that work around the Supreme Court’s ruling, guaranteeing that all employees will have access to contraception through their health insurance, regardless as to where they work.
>
> As reported on Yahoo News:
> Under the new regulations, employers with moral objections to certain forms of contraception must tell their insurance company or the federal government. The insurance company will then need to take responsibility for providing coverage to all female employees — along with any female family members on the health insurance plans of their partners — who have requested it. This step ensures that women will have access to all forms of birth control at no cost, no matter where they work.
>
> Because contraception is considered to be cost-neutral — i.e. the costs of providing contraceptive coverage are balanced by cost savings from lower pregnancy rates — there will be no additional costs imposed on an individual’s health insurance plan when it provides birth control without cost-sharing with the employer.
