Nevada Assembly Majority Leader Michele Fiore (she of the “cancer is a fungus” comments), who is vigorously anti-big government (even though she runs two health care facilities which collect somewhat in the neighborhood of $6 million in Medicare payments), is [refusing to let state inspectors review her records in order to see whether her Medicare claims are valid](https://www.ralstonreports.com/blog/fiore-snubs-threatens-state-inspectors-could-lose-home-health-care-license).
