[aside] A few years back, after California voted to ban same-sex marriage, a guy tried to get an initiative on the ballot to ban divorce ([cite1](http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/11/30/california-divorce-ban-mo_n_374235.html) [cite2](http://www.cockeyed.com/citizen/divorce/divorce.php)). The guy’s website is down now, but IIRC, his slogan was “One Man, One Woman, One Time.” [/aside] ---
