If the law is passed, those issues will be litigated at some point because those claims will, very likely, be made. Given some of the RIDICULOUS decisions given down relatively recently (Citizens United), who the heck knows. ---

Well, he talks about how Woodrow Wilson began “a plot to eliminate the legislature” and “The growth of the administrative state, the fourth branch of government, is increasingly hollowing out the Article I branch, the legislature” (not something Madison could have anticipated) – but, consider, Congress would be **stronger as against the executive** if it only had one house, if all the powers and functions of the Senate were devolved on the HoR. ---

It’s conservative DAs who were making the assertions, and they made them based on past cases where investigations were slowed down by assertions of religious freedom, and that was prior to the law. In any event, I think it did not pass into law. ---
