I’m impressed with the Obamas’ commitment to go all in on the “war on Christmas”. If I had seen some sort of right wing FB post quoting their cards, I don’t think I would have believed it without checking Snopes. ---

Lots of great quotes from GOP candidates, essentially blaming all of the problems in the world on “political correctness”. It’s a good read. Yes, a good read. What sucks is that political correctness [really is a problem](http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2015/11/can-we-take-political-correctness-seriously-now.html), but when Republicans, as Milbank notes, devolve the term into a catch-all for “anything I disagree with”, it makes it harder to attack the real problem without being accused of sounding like Donald Trump. ---

The fact-checker site you link to rates “the claim Mostly True.” I find the Democratic contempt for this instance of gun craze sensical. But what does **Lance** think?
