I’m going to put this here. The Democratic Attorney General of Kentucky is suing the Republican Governor because the Governor cut over $40 million from the higher education budget, even though the legislature (which I believe is Republican dominated) declined to pass a budget with those cuts. The AG says the Governor’s action is unconstitutional. ---
