I came in to mention the Gohmert thing but, as usual, you guys are way ahead of me. He’s got to be a twin because one person couldn’t _be_ that stupid. ---

In a way, it’s the opposite. If there were less logging in the mountains, the forests there would retain more water, and the streams would be running later into the year. Environmental protection would (slightly) lessen the effects of the drought. ---
