I find it difficult to imagine a game of golf with **Starving Artist**. Is that the game that involves knocking a ball around with paper towel tubes, trying to get the ball into a paper towel tube? ---

Yes, the states didn’t want the land because they couldn’t afford the oversight. The thread on the Bundy fiasco has some cites. So sending the land to the states is really a cover for corporate mining, timber and grazing/agriculture interests. The grazing rights payments to the BLM don’t cover their expenses in managing the lands. ---
