Interesting camera angle. I think you can see the very back of Ms. Pence’s head in the mirror behind her father’s head. But I see that Gov. Pence failed to finish his plate. We could make up a conspiracy about that if you’d like. Maybe throw in fraudulent farm subsidies and kickbacks to Indiana grange societies or something… ---

There’s the guy who zoned all the areas by color, specifically including a “white” zone, the guy who printed up those signs with a big “White Elevator” on it, and the guy who’s hanging them up. Unless its the same guy, its hard to imagine 3 separate groups going “Yeah, this is the White Elevator, nothing wrong with that” ---

I’m a bit surprised. Even as I accept that Pubbies aren’t exactly on the clubbing edge of progress, I was pretty sure the Snopes would reveal a color coding like that lampooned in _Airplane_. I expected tonedeaf, not surprised there, but no explaination at all? There’s _something_ going on here! ---

Turkey is (well, was - they’re “free” now) holding U.S. soldiers hostage on an airbase to force the U.S. to hand over an alleged coup supporter living here. And fo course Obama’s doing nothing about it (because there’s nothing to do anything about, duh). The GOP is free to put any kind of signs up that say “Whites Only” and have it refer to delegate groups, but they don’t control the message that goes out. ---
