On a related note, I’d sort of like to see one of these people double down on a quote like this sometime. That’s what he wants to do, I’m sure.” Just let that racist flag fly proudly, so it’s impossible to deny anymore. Too many people are hiding behind cloaks of plausible and not so plausible deniability, and too many people believe them, and I’m kind of sick of it. ---

You know folks, it’s legit eerie how “Islam” or “Islamic terrorism” is reminiscent of “Jews” back in the 1900s, the way they’re used in mainstream political discourse these days. Hit the newspaper archives, you’ll see. I ain’t saying, I’m just saying. I’m still waiting on the Protocols of the Elders of Mecca, but I guess [thereligionofpeace.com](http://thereligionofpeace.com) is a decent enough substitute. Gotta move with the times. And I’m pretty convinced that twenty years from now, the people around me will wring their hands, wondering where we went wrong or how we got to the death camps. Not the drone nukes on the sandbox - the camps. We’ll eat our own yet, just you wait. You know what’s darkly hilarious to me though ? How Orlando suddenly made so very many rabid right wingers opportunistically gay-friendly. But then I had practice laughing about it - in my own country the attack on Charlie Hebdo suddenly gained them so \*very \*many fans who’d shat upon them the fourty years prior :). Mindless, ignorant hatred is so cool. Brings people together, you know ? ---
