This seems to be Trump’s pattern as of the last few gaffes. He does or says something stupid, then walks it back a few days later. Is this a sign that his handlers are getting a little more of a hold on him? I just hope they don’t get enough control over Trump that he actually stops indulging his moronic impulses. Luckily, I think that’s unlikely as long as he continues to appear for interviews. The campaign staff might be able to convince him to walk back stupid comments after the fact, but they’ll never be able to stop him from blurting out whatever comes to his mind while he’s on camera. ---

Pat McCrory, the turd who somehow is North Carolina’s governor,[took half a million dollars](http://fusion.net/story/332612/mccrory-transfers-disaster-funds-to-defend-hb2/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=socialshare&utm_content=theme_bottom_mobile)from the state’s disaster relief budget to defend his Bathroom Bill. We’ll remember in November. Or at the next hurricane, which may be sooner. ---
