Nor could you call the others successful either; the LAX shooter was killed, nobody got anthrax, the beltway snipers were caught, one is serving a life sentence, and the other was executed (after clemency request was denied by current Democratic VP candidate Tim Kaine). Remember that Rudy Giuliani was a businessman, so he’s skilled at concealing gotcha’s in the fine print. ---

You’re not making sense there. They successfully spread terror by killing people but were not successful because they were killed and/or captured? Wouldn’t they want to be killed so they can have their 72 virgins that much sooner? ---
