It does appear the breed standard for Miss Universe / Miss USA is a C-cup, while for Miss World / Miss America it’s a B. ---

Congress passes Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act, Obama vetoes due to (among other things) the potential of law suits against America, Congress overrides easily. Cue McConnell [discovering](http://washingtonmonthly.com/2016/09/29/congress-does-something-stupid-blames-obama/)that, indeed, that it is true that the diplomatic corp and military are worried about this very thing. So, whose fault is it that this law passed? Well, Obama, obviously, because he didn’t tell Congress it was a bad idea (I guess they missed that whole veto statement). ---
