The thing is, it is one of the most compassionate things _they_ can do. Normal people could do much more compassionate things, but this is the best you can expect from Republicans. ---

There are times that even an atheist (such as myself) longs for the myth of “hell” to be actual, literal fact. Picturing Mick Mulvaney’s eternity there, being attended by his own special demons, provides a certain type of satisfaction. ---

If I were the new DNC head, I would be grateful that the Trump Administration is providing so much fertile soil in which I can plant the seeds for a successful 2018 mid-term. He should blanket the airwaves with commercials that do nothing but quote tone-deaf Republicans making comments like the above, and close with the simple message: “Vote Democratic”. ---

Steve Stockman, who invited rocker Ted Nugent to President Barack Obama’s 2013 State of the Union address, is accused of spending money meant for charity on himself and contributions to his campaign. Here’s the juicy part. Stockman blamed his arrest on a “deep state” shadow government. :smack: ---
