Over regulation is killing the coal industry. Removing this burdensome black-lung regulation will create innovation and efficiencies in the coal industry. Fortunately, the coal companies are altruistic and would never subject their employees to unsafe working conditions. Really, I don’t even know why we have this regulation in the first place. ---
