_Not_ the LGBT population. The MSM (men who have sex with men) population, who have historically had issues with a high rate of HIV infection specifically. You can yell at me for being politically incorrect, but this is a thing, and it is still a thing, especially for MSM from lower incomes. Epidemiologists project that in the USA 1/2 of black MSM and 1/4 of latino MSM will likely contract HIV, due to low availability of access to PrEP. (There are multiple factors, but the high rate of HIV infection is directly affected by states not taking the Medicaid expansion several years ago.)
