Adam Schiff tweeted that Trump’s firing of McCabe two days before he was to receive his pension has an “odious taint.” I can’t decide whether to use that as my new name for Trump, or for my band. ---

He says it was a joke, and it probably was funny to him, but threatening to kill people is never a joke. That seems to be SOP these days though, say something threatening or otherwise heanius, and then backtrack calling it a joke. OTOH, there are probably quite a number of republicans that would cheer if someone shot the congressman, so it’s not going to hurt Nett’s votes at all.
