It didn’t to me at first, but it’s referring to breakins rather than assault by acquaintances, which happens orders of magnitude less. So his guess is by no means _guaranteed_, although there _is_ one way that he could know for sure that at least one breakin happened yesterday… ---

Bevin is the Bozo of assclowns. You’d think it would be hard to distinguish oneself assclown-wise in a state whose Senators are Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul, and yet, here we are. He’s Trump without the panache, with the frustrating randomness replaced by a tongue snaked deftly up the Koch Brothers’ asses. He has ramped up the assclownery lately, [including a truly bonkers Spiro Agnew-inspired defense of KY native Scott Pruitt](https://www.courier-journal.com/story/tech/science/environment/2018/04/04/matt-bevin-backs-epa-scott-pruitt-twitter-despite-growing-ethics-criticisms/485123002/). Somehow I’ve ended up with [Quora.com](http://Quora.com) sending a digest message once every two days to my main e-mail account. Why would they have to go to the neighborhoods to pray for God to help? Can’t they just pray from their own churches, or wherever? (Disclaimer: I quit going to church a long time ago. Well, God is getting on in years, maybe the eyesight is going; it might be prudent to deliver the requests for intervention while standing in the neighborhood where you want the intervention to happen. Sunday school I went to, they talked about how we weren’t supposed to act like the Ferrissees, and make a public display of our pious prayer. How we were supposed to conduct our conversations with God in private. Kind of like the lawyer/client confidence, but cosmic. Still, bless his heart. ---

He is VERY disappointed in Trump, and is now claiming to favor Ted Cruz in 2020. ---
