James Allsup is a white supremacist infecting my region of the world. He recently got himself a low-level precinct position in the Republican party. Putnam also needs to cut back on his Just For Men purchases. We have high-def TV these days, Mr. “I’m a proud NRA sellout!” To be fair, he’s not the only one. ---

I am quietly hoping “That’s Not What Trump Wants!” becomes the new “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!” As an aside, I have to say I’m a huge fan of how many less-than-nutty Republican pundits have become some sort of weird Trump oracles - like “yeah he said this and then he tweeted a picture of a swastika with a Jew hanging from it, but the moon is in retrograde and if you squint and completely ignore the plain text you can sort of bring yourself to believe that what he’s \*really \*saying/meaning is…” But then violent cognitive dissonance will probably never stop entertaining me. ---

From the headline, I expected much more full throated acceptance than what was presented in the article (although the weaseling and trying to have it both ways nature of the statements made is still Pit worthy, since it shows they still care about the white supremacists’ votes). ---

Kris Kobach, the Secretary of State of Kansas and candidate for Governor, has a long history of fighting against undocumented workers. He even has a history of visiting small cities and convincing them that they needed to implement laws against undocumented workers. Once the laws were implemented, and the cities were sued, Kobach then got hired on as the cities’ legal representative.
